I’m L.A. Rivers I became acquainted with Mr Yo after my original State Farm insurance agent had passed away. “Mel Braden” In between time, State Farm had cancelled my homeowners insurance policy due to multiple claims submitted in a short time frame. Unfortunately the claims were due to unforeseen incidents. However I kept my automobiles insured with State Farm. Eventually State Farm assigned my automobile policies to Mr. Yo’s agency and at that point Mr Yo contacted me for an introduction and upon speaking with Yo, he informed me that he had already started a request to State Farm to review my history with them and requested that my homeowners insurance policy be reinstated. With Yo’s persistent and professional experience, State Farm did indeed reinstate my homeowners insurance policy. I’m very pleased with Yo’s professional and personal care he has for his clients. I highly recommend Yo with State Farm if you’re looking for any insurance coverage.
